number 5 in a series of 6 paintings based on photos from the late 1980’s. these photographs were generously gifted to me by a collector of my work, having once belonged to a dear friend of his. from what i understand, this pool party event was associated w the ‘razzle dazzle’ HIV/AIDS fundraiser in Dallas, TX.
